FAQ on AI Features

What is a token and how are tokens calculated? - 1 token for each successful AI enhancement : Tokens are used to access our AI Enhancement feature. One token is deducted each time an image is saved to the "Enhanced Album" or replaces a current photo. If you cancel the AI Enhancement process, no token will be consumed. You may trial the feature multiple times until you are satisfied with the generated photos without incurring a token deduction.
How can I purchase more tokens? Additional tokens can be purchased through our website at https://www.cozyla.com/products/ai-enhancement-token . Tokens are available at a rate of 100 tokens for $19.99. Simply provide the registered account email of your Cozyla app where you want the tokens activated. These tokens will then be accessible across all devices linked to this Cozyla account and shared among them.
How are purchased tokens and free tokens utilized? Each device linked to your Cozyla account receives 30 free tokens monthly, which expire if not used within that month. Purchased tokens, however, do not expire. Free tokens are used first; once depleted, the system will begin using your purchased tokens. For example, if you have purchased 100 tokens, each device will initially display 130 tokens. After a device uses one token, its balance will show 129 tokens while the balance on other devices will remain at 130 tokens until used.

What content is eligible for AI enhancement? AI enhancement requires an active internet connection and is currently available only for static images. Videos and content from the art gallery, which are already optimized for display on our devices, cannot be enhanced using AI. This section outlines the types of content suitable for AI enhancement and specifies where the AI-enhanced results will be stored.

What information do I need to provide after purchasing tokens? After your purchase, please provide the email associated with the main account of the target Cozyla device. If you are purchasing tokens for a device that you do not own, ensure to obtain the main account email from the device’s owner. This step is crucial to guarantee that the tokens are added to the correct device. We will add the tokens to the account within 24 hours of receiving the necessary information.
How long will it take for tokens to be activated after purchase? Tokens are typically activated within 24 hours after validating your account details. You will receive a confirmation email sent to the email associated with your Cozyla app account. Additionally, you will see the token count increase directly on your device.
