FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL U.S. ORDERS

We are happy to offer free ground shipping on all frame products to destinations within the continental United States. Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska and US territories is available when allowed and shipping times may be slightly longer than continental US locations.

Using 'Standard' shipping items will be delivered within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the items are shipped.

Purchases made with 'Express' shipping will be delivered within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the items are shipped.



ABOUT YOUR SHIPMENT

In-stock products ship the following business day.

  • Please note that we do not offer Saturday, Sunday, or holiday shipping/delivery.
  • Incomplete or incorrect billing information may result in a processing delay.
  • If your shipping information differs from your billing information, your order may also be delayed for verification.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are determined by the subtotal of your order.
  • Shipping methods and their accompanying charges are displayed in checkout at the time of your order.
  • Shipping methods and their accompanying charges also appear in your order confirmation email.
  • It is your responsibility to be available to receive this shipment at the ship-to address specified in your order details.

TRACKING

Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a link to your tracking number. The tracking number may not be traceable until after midnight of the day it was shipped.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.

CHANGING YOUR ORDER

You won't be able to cancel or change your order once items shipped. This means you'll have to return it (free of charge) upon delivery. This way we can offer our customers fast shipping times, particularly when it comes to busy times of the year such as Christmas and Mother's Day.

     

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We ship internationally. Please note the Delivery time = processing time + shipping time. Average dispatch is 1-3 business days (not including weekends). Average international standard delivery is 5-12 working days*.

     

    *Some countries take longer due to customs clearances and you should allow up to 28 days depending on the country. 

     

    INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES

    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

    Cozyla cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.


    By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

    (If you refuse a shipment from Cozyla, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Cozyla This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.)
