One of my frames has the same issue. I have auto sleep mode turned completely off, but it still goes to sleep randomly throughout the day. Any ideas?

Did you turn on the scheduled sleep？If the scheduled sleep is turned on, the device will sleep during the period you set.

It is normally because of the "Sleep Mode" Settings. Please click the screen -> Select "Settings" -> Click "Sleep Mode" -> Turn off the "Auto Brightness" or adjust the Sensitivity to "Low" if you still want the screen to be turned off automatically.
