How to restore my Cozyla Album / transfer existed device data to a new one?


  • 1. The device should be under the initiate setup page

    If the device is in use and you want to reset it. Please follow the below steps to reset the device:

    a) Click the screen and choose "Settings"

    b) Choose "More" -> "About Device"->"Reset the device"

    2. Open the My Cozyla app and choose the device from the device list

    3. Choose "Settings" -> "More" ->"About Device"

     

     

    . Select "Repair device" (or named as "Transfer data to a new device") button

     

    5. Follow the instruction and setup the device. The data will be restored to the new device.
