Troubleshooting "My Cozyla" App Invitation Email Reception Issues


  • Occasionally, these emails can be blocked or not received due to various email server settings. To ensure a smooth experience, please follow these steps:

    1. Download the App: First, download the "My Cozyla" app from the App Store (for iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices).

    2. Registration Process: Ask your family member to register for an account using the email address to which you sent the invitation. It’s important that they use the same email address to ensure the invitation is correctly linked to their account.

    3. Locating the Invitation: Once they have successfully signed up and logged in, instruct them to look for the bell icon at the top right of the screen. This icon is the gateway to all notifications, including invitations.

    4. Accepting the Invitation: Upon clicking the bell icon, they should find your invitation waiting. Prompt them to accept this invitation to proceed.

    5. Connecting to the Frame: After accepting the invitation, the frame you are sharing should appear in their account, allowing them to view and interact with it as intended.
