Bug Fix: Cozyla Album - Black screen during the slide show, cannot repeat in the end of the slideshow


  • We're writing to address a known bug in the Cozyla Album, where users experience a black screen during the slideshow, and it fails to repeat at the end. We have released a software update (version v_1.0.33_1.0.23122201 or later) that resolves this issue. Here's how you can upgrade your device software:

    1. Access Controls: Touch the screen to bring up the controls view.

    2. Turn Off Screen: Click the 'Turn off screen' button as shown in the instructions.

    3. Power Cycle the Device: Wait for 2 minutes, then unplug the power cord from your device.

    4. Reboot the Device: Reconnect the power cord to boot up the device.

    Upon reboot, your system will automatically update to the latest version, which should rectify the black screen issue during the slideshow.
