Does the frame support video?
Yes! Use your My Cozyla app and upload any length videos just as you would upload photos to your frame. Any video that plays on your smartphone can be added with the My Cozyla app. Auto-played videos will always be silent to avoid annoying background noise in your home.
How many photos and videos can I add to the frame?
You can add an unlimited number of photos and videos to the frame. The My Cozyla app syncs with your photo library and the frame communicates with our secure cloud server powered by Amazon to retrieve photos and videos to display on the frame. No subscription fees, no storage limits.
Do I need to be near the frame to add photos?
The great thing about Cozyla is that you can easily add photos using the My Cozyla app, even if you're miles away. Once the frame is online (you will need a smartphone with the Cozyla app to connect the frame to WiFi), you can continue adding photos from anywhere in the world - no need to be on the same WiFi network or near the frame.

My wife is using this in her restaurant. She loves to take pictures and then send them to the frame, a process that is extremely easy using the app. It’s nice to have pictures that can scroll and change with remote, and the 32in giant anti-glare screen is outstanding (vs a 10.1 inch frame).
It is easy to set up. I put off setting it up because I didn’t have hours to deal with it. I didn’t need hours, it took me about 15 minutes. I wish I would have set it up when I got it! The frame comes with simple, straight forward instructions. The picture is bright and clear. I have the app, but others do not have to have the app to add pictures to my frame. I sent them a link with the email address to add pictures. I can even get photos from my Google photos. I love this frame!
I saw this at someone's house. Their kids gave it to them and used it to send pictures of the grandkids. I bought one for my parents as a gift for the same reason--sending kid pictures--but ended up keeping it for myself and getting another one for them! This is so easy to use. I had never used google photos before but it was very easy to create albums that automatically added pictures of the people I selected. Then I turned on the frame and within a minute that album was displayed on the frame. This really works much better than I could have hoped. I picked this specific model because it can be wall mounted but the stand was much sturdier than I expected so we ended up leaving it out on a table. This is a great investment if you are like me and dont print pictures as often as you would like, or don't have the room to print and display hundreds of your digital pictures.
2 days ago I received as a present a Cozyla digital photo frame. This is Cozyla is a great tool to share photos with friends & relatives. It is allowing me to create groups of pictures from different occasions. Friends are able to email their photos to me & the photos will appear on the frame automatically grouped to where I want them. The support person, Chris, was excellent in helping me move forward past the place where I got stuck. He gave me many tips in using the frame. It will be great fun to see the photos that my children send to my frame shortly after they are taken thus not have to wait till they come home from a trip.
This is an amazing electronic photo frame. I am not very good setting electronic up, I usually have to ask my kids, but this frame was so easy, that I took it out of the box 15 minutes ago and now I am looking at wonderful pictures that are making me happy.
