Can I set up the frame ahead of time as a gift?
Yes! You can add photos to the frame and invite family members to join before it's sent out. Preload a greeting message along with a featured photo for a special gift they won't forget. All Cozyla frames come in a beautiful gift-ready box without any pricing information.
Does the frame support video?
Yes! Use your My Cozyla app and upload any length videos just as you would upload photos to your frame. Any video that plays on your smartphone can be added with the My Cozyla app. Auto-played videos will always be silent to avoid annoying background noise in your home.
How many photos and videos can I add to the frame?
You can add an unlimited number of photos and videos to the frame. The My Cozyla app syncs with your photo library and the frame communicates with our secure cloud server powered by Amazon to retrieve photos and videos to display on the frame. No subscription fees, no storage limits.
Do I need to be near the frame to add photos?
The great thing about Cozyla is that you can easily add photos using the My Cozyla app, even if you're miles away. Once the frame is online (you will need a smartphone with the Cozyla app to connect the frame to WiFi), you can continue adding photos from anywhere in the world - no need to be on the same WiFi network or near the frame.

My wife is using this in her restaurant. She loves to take pictures and then send them to the frame, a process that is extremely easy using the app. It’s nice to have pictures that can scroll and change with remote, and the 32in giant anti-glare screen is outstanding (vs a 10.1 inch frame).
This exceeded my expectations in picture quality and non-reflective screen, it is NOT highgloss like many of them with leads to reflections, this is a matt finish. I do not know about longevity, so will update if it does not work right.
Has a remote too. I use it by USB only, I do not have it connected to the internet, although easier to setup if initially connected, then just shut off internet access.
Worth it!
This digital frame was very easy to set up. The app has been working well so far. Pictures come in clear and bright. I love these types of frames for distant non-techy relatives. I have gotten several of these for my aunts, cousins and uncles. I set them up so that their closest family members can send them pictures and short videos while out at events like school plays, play dates at the park and first bicycle ride of the grandchildren, etc. A lot my aunts and uncles are older (my one uncle turned 99 years blessed a few days ago) and are not very tech savvy but this helps to keep them in the loop with happenings and also brings smiles to their faces to get surprise picture/video uploads of events that are happening with family members in other states. They can feel included with events even though they are miles away.
This purchase was a great one. We love the size and I find myself standing watching the slideshow.
My husband loves it too and it was his Christmas present. Don't get a smaller size.
